Used for hanging frames, attached to the top of the frame. A hook with a movable base is designed for hanging plastic frames on a pipe with a diameter of 20 mm. It can also be used for hanging the frame from metal shopping baskets and hanging profiles; fixation is carried out from the side of the frame.
